We are very pleased with the quality of the product and the professionalism of the service, from the store manager, William Segers, to the friendly installers. We had one issue, which turned out to a misunderstanding. It was resolved in an expeditious manner. Terry T Lundberg

William at Flooring Expo in Eagan was very knowledgeable and helpful picking out carpet to stay in our budget. They were quick to schedule and sent 2 teams out to rip out, and recarpeted 3100 Sq ft. The crew got it done in 1 day.

After a bad experience trying to purchase carpet at a big box store we visited Floor Expo in Eagan and were impressed by the selection and especially the customer service. Braden listened to what we wanted, didn’t try to sell us on something different, and was an attentive communicator throughout the process. 5 stars!

We went to Flooring Expo in Edina/Richfield and Kevin helped us out. We found the flooring we wanted, and the measuring/ordering process was seamless. The installer, Edgar, did a great job communicating in advance and we are thrilled with the end result. Would highly recommend Flooring Expo!

Flooring Expo by Carpet King was one of the first stops we made as we were shopping for carpet. Following our visit we shopped around considerably, but could not find anyone more knowledgeable or willing to work with us to find everything we were looking for as far as quality, service, and price go. William S was fantastic to work with and the installers that came out did a great job as well. We were very happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend William and Eagan Flooring Expo.

William was the most helpfull and knowledgeable sales person we've encountered in our search for flooring for our home. And they sent 3 of the hardest working installers I've ever seen - and they did good work. Only gripe was the installers were to show up between 7 am and 10 am, but the scheduler sandwiched in other jobs before ours so they didn't show until almost 3 pm. They worked until 7 pm (way after dark making it hard to see since all our furniture and lights were moved out of the rooms for the install). So, questionable indifference to customer satisfaction from scheduling.

I can attest that William has product knowledge above and beyond the average within the industry. Combine that w/ his patience to answer any & all questions you can throw at him - from price point, to color, to "which carpet holds up best with a house full of teenagers & pets" - he made what normally would have been an overhwelming process for me, an absolute breeze. 10/10 recommend William in Eagan, and I look foward to working with him again in the future!

All the employee's at Flooring Expo Eagan location were great to work with. Very patient with me as I was very determination to find just the right flooring. The Korlok LVP flooring I decided to go with was just installed and I am very happy with my choice. Installers even commented that I chose a very nice quality flooring.

Carpet can be tough to choose since there are so many choices and you'll live with your decision for quite a while. Mitch was very helpful and made our choice stress free, and in short order. We've had our new carpet a couple of weeks now; and we just love it.

Great experience working with the team at Carpet King. High quality carpet at a reasonable price. We couldn’t be happier with the final product. The installation team was outstanding and hard working. They installed almost 2,000 feet of carpet in a day.

Salespeople were knowledgeable and easy to work with. Installers were fast, pleasant and they cleaned up after themselves very well. I'm a bit worried about the carpeting, as its loops seem to come out fairly easily, but we will see how this goes.

Best customer service ever from William Segers at Eagan location! He is very knowledgeable on the products and professional on what he is doing! Def ask for him if you are in need for the flooring that needs to be done at your household. You won't be disappointed! Will be looking forward to do the next project in the future.
