This is our second time working with Anita. We could not be happier. She is a knowledgeable, persistent problem solver. I basically wanted her to find exactly the carpet she'd helped us purchase several years ago for a different house which (of course!) was no longer available. She listened to our needs and adjusted options to maintain high quality while respecting our budget. She respected that I had a very clear vision for our stairs and listened to understand it and suggest alternatives.Since we were doing flooring on multiple levels Anita understood our need to break the project into two pieces. She and the team accommodated our schedule perfectly. The crew arrived on time, were respectful of us and our property and did a great job. All our carpet is ah-ma-zing but our staircase, OMG it's stunning! We could not be happier.

We had a good experience working with Anita and Dakota and Flooring Expo in Roseville. They were prompt and professional and we’re very happy with our new Cor Lock luxury vinyl floor.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Toni was extremely helpful in carpet selection..we actually redid two rooms and a stairway. The stairs were exceptionally difficult with some curving and turning for wood exposure on one end..Excellent outcome. The installers did a super job and completed the project in one day. The follow-up cleaning and vacuuming were super! THANKS Toni & FLOORING EXPO! Well done. 👍

Toni K. really knocked this one out of the park!! Not only was she so kind and knowledgeable - she was able to get us flooring in just a few days!! The install was super smooth and the finished product looks better than I imagined. A huge thanks to Toni for taking care of us — she went above and beyond!

Good product but watch the measurements and questionable sales tactics. They required us to add 10% to the square footage of carpet ordered as a way to ensure we had enough - standard practice as they said. Even so, their measurement of our floor was way over the actual square footage, which we measured out ourselves twice. We worked with Toni, who told us we had to order this amount and if there was carpet left over they would refund us the cost of the carpet, buying it back. Well we ended up with a full ream of extra carpet after install. 120 square feet. Roughly $600. They did not stand by our verbal agreement and would not buy back the carpet. We do have the extra carpet so can repurpose it, but it's a cost we wouldn't have chosen to pay. I wouldn't work with them again.

I walked in late on a Saturday hoping to get some carpet samples and Anita was wonderful! She helped me right away and made some great recommendations based on my lifestyle and what I was looking for; and I went home with a lovely sample to try out. A few days later, I went back and made the purchase and within a week, I got my new carpet. I have to say, I was so thrilled with the quality of customer service, installation and the product. I LOVE my new carpet, the color is absolutely beautiful and it feels super fluffy to walk on. Anita also recommended a slightly different pad for my stairs and I can definitely tell that it’s better to walk down because my steps are so narrow and I won’t be falling down these steps again (hopefully!). Overall, I am so happy with the level of service and the final purchase. I would highly recommend shopping for flooring here, ask for Anita, she’s wonderful to work with!

Failed to properly schedule lvp install, carpet install was properly scheduled. Day of supposed lvp install had to call and find out it was never scheduled. This was an expensive job for us ($11k) during a move to a new house with movers dropping off our belongings the day after the install. This created a lot of anxiety if the project would get done in time. Fortunately, everything was installed the same day as the carpet install. Additionally, price after initial estimate was incorrect due to items being left out (plywood for lvp). Unfortunately at this time I would not recommend flooring expo to friends/family given the issues that occurred. Everything did workout in the end but it was just to much chaos to have to deal with during a move. I will state that the carpet as well as the lvp that we decided on do look great.

Anita was great and knew exactly what she was doing. The installer was great and did the install perfectly. I would 100% recommend to anyone.

Great product, great install. Watch out for the measure and plan. First, we love the product and install. Quality and timely. However, we ran into a couple of issues with the measure and plan. We ended up with approx 25%+ extra material and install cost for hardwood ($900 est). Note, they do state they order at least 10% extra material- usually a little more due to having to order full boxes of material. Flooring expo offered to take back 24 ft of the 65 ft of excess material and refund the material cost as “a favor”. We chose not to return the material hoping we can repurpose the material. They did not offer to refund the excess install sq footage. We also ended up with a surprise $600 charge the night before install because we noticed the install plan was incomplete and some of our subfloor had to be raised. They worked with us a little and discounted by $100. Overall, we are happy with the product and most of the process. We would likely use them again in the future but double check the measure and make sure we were presented with an installation plan before material is ordered.

RECOMMENDED!!! After many attempts at trying to get a quote to have our kitchen floor repaired I came across the Flooring Expo. We were helped by Anita who was very nice and knowledgeable about the products that we were looking for. We received a quote for the flooring with install and it was much lower than the several other flooring companies that I had received quotes from. In fact the quote was $2200.00 less than the high quote. The floor was installed n one day by two friendly guys. We needed to have the under floor raised where there was a talked section. They explained the options for raising it to level the floor, there was an additional charge for this work, I had expected that this would need to be done so it was not a surprise. The floor looks great, they even eliminated some floor creeks that I have been fighting for some time. My was, who is very picky when it comes to these types of services was very pleased with the installation and floor and absolutely loves it. This was a very good experience.

This is the 4th time that we have used Flooring Expo by Carpet King for our flooring needs. In 1994, Anita helped us choose carpet for our main floor and now after 30 years and the purchase of carpets from Anita in two other areas of our home, she has helped us replace it with beautiful LVP as well as carpet for our main floor family room. They worked around our schedule, provided professional install of the LVP and made sure that we were satisfied. I won’t hesitate to use them again. (We have already urged a friend to go and see Anita at the Roseville location!)

The initial process with Flooring Expo was amazing! Had an amazing service/sales guy who came out to the house. Product was back-ordered, which wasn't an issue, just took a little longer. Install went quite well, but now we've had several sections of the floor come apart, and we've spent weeks trying to get them to come out and look at it... Spent almost 13k for our floors, and they're un-finished and they won't come out. Now we've paid the money, we're basically not relevant to them, even after calling corporate office. Quality control have been rude to work with, and in total now, we're months into this process and don't have a fully finished floor...They even said they were going to come out one day, we waited, took time off work and they never showed up. No call, nothing. I would personally avoid them and seek to purchase floors somewhere else... we were lured in and now extremely disappointed.

We worked with Anita Behr at the Roseville location and she was very patient with us because it took us over a month to decide whether to do carpet or wood flooring! She helped us through the whole process and we're very happy with the carpet we selected. And the carpet installers were great also!

Anita and the whole team at Flooring Expo in Roseville are amazing people to work with. She worked with us through months of indecision and other projects getting in the way, but she still remembered us and had her notes from our last meeting when we stopped in again several months later. The first installation was completed today and it looks so much better than we expected! We highly recommend this team!

Toni on the sales staff was great! we were in need af a high-quality & quick fix for our condo after a destructive rental situation. She got us a carpet that was nearly identical to the one we were removing, and the job was completed within the week. The communication around the install was very good. The installers -Alberto & Manuel - were fast, efficient, careful & worked so hard. The entire experience was great!
