We asked for a rescheduled date. We went into the Eagan Store personally spoke with John and asked for a delay in installation to February. I received a text that installers were on their way to the house I text back not today they proceeded with installation. I went into the Eagan store and spoke with John he made excuses and said he would have the installer call me. No one has called me to this date

Love this company. I plan to use them again in the summer to replace the carpet in the lower level of my home.
The installers arrived within the time frame scheduled. They made sure it was the correct carpet before installing. We had a family room and two bedrooms done and it looks beautiful. They beat all prices. Definitely would have them do the carpet for the other rooms in our house.
Horrible experience, never again don’t use them ever!
We purshased and had made a cash down a payment for the carpet. When we went to the store to sign the agreement the supervisor was there. How rude and unprofessional was she. When she bought up the furniture part of us having to move the furniture. We explained we didn’t know. She immediately was out raged and yelled at us and said well who’s gonna move it we are not!! She then threw her chair back and again yelled at us and said well I was gonna give it to you’s for free. But now I’m not. Well we were not looking for a hand out. And had not asked for one either. We are paying cash. And work hard for our money to throw it away. I don’t know what she was thinking or if she was prejudice. She was sooo UNPROFESSIONAL AND GHETTO SHE WAS THE SUPERVISOR. We said to her NO SWEETIE THAT WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE! We could not believe how rude she was. The part that blew us away was she suppose to be a supervisor. Therefore we asked to cancel the order. And refund our money. This is the Coonrapids Anoka store. And we will take our business elsewhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone. However the sales rep Jessica was very polite to us and professional. Her supervisor should not be a supervisor and needs to take herself to anger management. She just lost a customer. WORST experience EVER! Do not buy from Carpet King

I had carpet installed winter 2018. Within month it was showing wear in high traffic areas. Immediately following installation carpet began pulling out. I find pieces of carpet all over the house. At first I thought they were just left over from Instalation. It’s been about 7 months now and the stray fibers continue to show up. It’s obviously not from Instalation. They sent an inspector out to review. His report basically says normal wear and tear. Two people live in the house with very little guests. The carpet should not be falling apart at 6 months. They refused to help now I fear I will need to replace the carpet at my expense.

They were awesome at installing and customer service!
I had a great experience with Carpet King. The whole process from selection to installation took 4 weeks and that was only because we asked them to wait until the area was fully painted. If you are working with the Minnetonka store ask for Wes Packard. Wes returned phone calls quickly and kept us informed through out the entire process.
