Sam Tosteson did a great job helping us get our damaged carpet repaired quickly and with no fuss. The installer was also polite and very professional. The carpet looks as good as new now.

Very pleased and happy with our new carpet and flooring! Steve was so helpful with his knowledge of products, and very accommodating through the whole project. Always available to us. The installers were very professional and did a fantastic job. Great customer service from everyone. I will refer Steve and Flooring Expo to family and friends .

I purchased a custom rug through Flooring Expo and had an excellent experience. Steve took great care of me. He called with frequent updates on the rug’s ETA and even took the extra step of personally delivering it to my home. I would recommend Flooring Expo for your flooring needs.

We are very pleased with our LVP. We chose Coretec- Cairo Oak. Steve was easy to work with. He is kind, compassionate, and really cared about us and provided excellent customer service. Installers, Alex and Vitalie are highly skilled installers. They were able to make repairs to uneven spots on the cement floor and complete the install within 7 hours. What a great team of employees!!

Steve Sbarro helped greatly identifying a flooring product that resembled tile (LVT) and installers had the kitchen project done by 3PM or so on install day. Impressive. Thanks guys!

We had our floors done in the addition of our house in May. Steve Sbarbaro was our sales associate. When we were at the Maplewood Store Steve showed us the different types and styles of flooring. Being overwhelmed by all the choices Steve explained which each one had to offer to find which kind was the best suited for our house. He then made an appointment to come to the house and get measurements. Steve was extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional in every area of his job. Within a couple weeks when the flooring arrived we scheduled a date to our convenience and we had NEW BEAUTIFUL floors…..We would like to thank Steve and his Maplewood Team for their professionalism and excellent job, well done. Flooring Expo replaced the flooring in our laundry room and did a wonderful job. Steve S. took the time necessary to educate us on all of the alternative materials and presented us with two viable alternatives with different pricing. The installation went as planned, was completed with one visit and looks great! We would not hesitate using Carpet Expo the next time we need flooring in our home.

Steve S did a great job helping us replace old carpet in our front room with new vinyl flooring. He helped us understand all of the options without the high-pressure sales. He went at our pace. He was also diligent in following up during the actual install, especially when we there was a minor hick-up. We love our new floor!

We love Carpet King in Maplewood. Especially Susan! She was so kind and knowledgeable. Buying carpet from there is a breeze and quick. Everything from the purchase of flooring to the install was great. Only thing I wasn't thrilled about was having to pick up the product at a location further away from the store. Smh!

The installer did a great job with the install of the luxury vinyl plank flooring. The floor looks great. They have a large selection of flooring to choose from and knowledgeable staff. I would definately use them for future projects.

Susan and Tony at the Maplewood store did a great job. They showed us the carpet options that met our needs at a price we could afford. The carpet installers handled the installation process very effectively. Susan followed up afterwards to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Would gladly go to them again for our flooring needs.

The Maplewood Flooring Expo is the place to be! I love that they have such a wide variety of LVPs to choose from. Both Tony and Susan were super sweet and very helpful in finding the right sample for me. 11/10 will be recommending to all my family and friends.
