Horrible experience, never again don’t use them ever!

We purshased and had made a cash down a payment for the carpet. When we went to the store to sign the agreement the supervisor was there. How rude and unprofessional was she. When she bought up the furniture part of us having to move the furniture. We explained we didn’t know. She immediately was out raged and yelled at us and said well who’s gonna move it we are not!! She then threw her chair back and again yelled at us and said well I was gonna give it to you’s for free. But now I’m not. Well we were not looking for a hand out. And had not asked for one either. We are paying cash. And work hard for our money to throw it away. I don’t know what she was thinking or if she was prejudice. She was sooo UNPROFESSIONAL AND GHETTO SHE WAS THE SUPERVISOR. We said to her NO SWEETIE THAT WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE! We could not believe how rude she was. The part that blew us away was she suppose to be a supervisor. Therefore we asked to cancel the order. And refund our money. This is the Coonrapids Anoka store. And we will take our business elsewhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone. However the sales rep Jessica was very polite to us and professional. Her supervisor should not be a supervisor and needs to take herself to anger management. She just lost a customer. WORST experience EVER! Do not buy from Carpet King

I had carpet installed winter 2018. Within month it was showing wear in high traffic areas. Immediately following installation carpet began pulling out. I find pieces of carpet all over the house. At first I thought they were just left over from Instalation. It’s been about 7 months now and the stray fibers continue to show up. It’s obviously not from Instalation. They sent an inspector out to review. His report basically says normal wear and tear. Two people live in the house with very little guests. The carpet should not be falling apart at 6 months. They refused to help now I fear I will need to replace the carpet at my expense.

nice guys to work with here. I was able to easily set up my appointment, and someone gave me a call ahead AND showed up on time. love it. that may seem like a little thing, but given my other experience with nearby competitors, at least these guys have good customer service. I will buy from them based on that alone! The prices were really agreeable as well.

We had a great experience with the whole staff, from start to finish. I had a concern about a carpet/tile transition being loose, and they came right back out to address it. Thanks for a job well done!

Worked with Scott the manager at the Maplewood store. Scott was courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The installation crew was amazing! The carpet was a stiff, patterned level loop that needed to be seamed and cut around a radiator and pipes in a very old house. Their workmanship was flawless and the seams were not to be found. The installers vacuumed upon completion and left the house cleaner than before they arrived. Definitely my go to store for any floor covering needs.

No one picks up the phone so there’s no want to talk to I think that’s very bad for a business
