This is the second time we used Flooring Expo and everything was done well, with friendly and efficient workers.

We had a great experience getting carpet at Flooring Expo, from choosing our carpet through the installation. The salesperson, Jean, was knowledgeable and kind, she helped us through the whole process while also giving us space and time to look over everything and make our choice without pressure. Our carpet order came in a reasonable amount of time and we were able to get an install appointment within a week. The team that installed were quick and professional and did a great job.

Jean Roth did a fantastic job with all the carpet in our home. We had several rooms that required high quality carpet. She had the knowledge and experience to help me select the right ones. Jean is also honest and beat out meany competitors with her prices and her service. Our carpet was installed on time and she went the extra mile to make sure it was done by the date we needed it. Flooring Expo also has great installers, that were so kind and hard working, staying late to finish the job. I highly recommend working with Jean and Flooring Expo.

This is the best Hirshfield's I've ever been to. The customer service is so spectacular that I drive an hour and a half up from Rochester to get my paint from this location. Jeff, the manager generously mixed a custom paint color that no other Hirshfield's would make for us. In a world where customer service seems non-existent, this place is a breath of fresh air. I will continue to make the drive to this Hirshfield's simply to support their hard work and excellent service. Thank you again, Jeff and support staff!

We had a fantastic experience with Jean Roth, and other sales people, at the Edina Carpet King. We got good advice on what works best for a basement playroom, and were provided plenty of samples to try out. The workers were cheerful and seemed to like their work, calling out to each other in Spanish! They finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. We love the end result.

It was quick and easy to book an in-home consultation through their website. I received a confirmation email for the appointment within hours. Unfortunately they never showed up in the time window without a call. I inquired the next day and the associate said she would get back to me - she never did. I still have not heard from them. I would not recommend.

The carpet itself looks just as I imagined. This process all proved to be so much easier than I’d thought it would be. You have a great selection of product, and when I came with my firm idea of what I wanted, you simply let me pursue that, which I appreciated. I’ll be recommending Flooring Expo to anyone in need of carpet from now on.

Wonderful service and talented staff! The employee I worked with produced an exact match for the paint color that I needed and was even able to match the sheen. He also gave me some great advice about stippling the paint on the wall to make the finish blend in with the original finish. I could not be happier with the experience.

Stopped into the Edina location this morning for a wall color consultation for my upstairs bathroom. Michelle greeted me & asked how she could help. I showed her the new floor tile, picture with vanity color, shared bathroom & closet doors are maple, bathtub & shower tile are white. And Michelle immediately started gathering color samples that would work well. I would like to commend her for taking the time and helping me pick out just the right color. Additionally, she helped me pick out the grout color for my floor tile. Michelle has a well-developed eye for color and am very thankful for her great assistance today!

Hirshfields is a great place to buy your paint and supplies. ALOT better product and prices.

They helped me make a critical design decision for my bathroom remodel and it turned out amazing. If you need advice and not just paint, this is the place to go.

The staff at this store are, across the board, amazing. The Hirshfield’s brand products are better than most paint brands, and they carry Benjamin-Moore products. Any questions are thoughtfully answered - you can sense the enthusiasm the people have at Hirshfield's.

Very pleased with Sam's service and overall process. We had originally chosen a carpet that wasn't the best fit and Sam was able to steer us into the right direction with a product much better suited for our home. Highly recommend!

On our first visit, having newly moved to the area, Sam Tosteson was extremely helpful with suggestions for flooring for our entry way. He was right on and stayed with this project through the installation (by Nikolai). We are now planning on new flooring for our kitchen and, once again, he directed us to the right project. I will continue to work with Flooring Expo in Edina, MN.

I highly recommend Flooring Expo by Carpet King in Edina. Jean Roth was a pleasure to work with and helped me choose the perfect carpet for my bedroom. The installation team was very courteous, professional and efficient. They all worked tirelessly to move furniture, take up the old carpet, install the new carpet and remove/reinstall the closet doors, and they left the area spotless. The new carpet looks fantastic! We recently had 4 bedrooms, a hall and stairs all carpeted over a 2 day period. The installation went extremely well as the 2 man team of carpet layers were very professional and knowledgeable with our installation. They were on time both days, removed old carpet and cleaned the floors before the new carpet was installed. They did a great job!! Also, we love the carpet. Expo's staff was very helpful when we were selecting our carpet. With their knowledge of different types of carpet, we were able to select exactly what we were looking for. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. Definitely will recommend Expo for carpet.

Terrible Experience. Stair Carpet. I’d avoid in the future. The installers arrived with a van full of carpet rolls and asked me to come and pick out my carpet because they didn’t know what roll was ours. There was a van full of carpet and I had to help unroll carpet to find ours. Unprofessional start. We shared how we wanted the stairs to be one piece into the landing. Now we have a weird detail with a piece of wood showing between the stair and landing. They tried to correct this, but were unsuccessful. Based off the suggestion from our sales rep, we told the installers to measure the carpet off an architectural detail. We showed them where to measure off of. When the new runner arrived, it’s clear they measured wrong. The installer starts to install the runner. Customer support blamed it on a miscommunication and said to keep the runner wide (even though it looks worse and it was their suggestion to come off the architectural detail). At the end of the install they discover after installing over 3/4 of the stairs that there is a defect with the carpet. He tells me he has to rip it out. I ask if it can stay temporarily since we have a crawling baby - they said no. He begins to rip it out. As he rips it out, he starts to pull off our stair finish boards (these are still not fixed). I have to help him pull off the carpet to reduce further damage. Since they installed the runner too wide, we have fresh holes and staples in our newly finished wood floors. They left the site without cleaning up. There are exposed staples and we have a baby that just learned to crawl. We get to wait 6 weeks for new carpet to arrive. They never sent anyone to cleanup.
