Sheila is the best. She educated us on different types of flooring and suggested those suited for our specific needs.She is very knowledgeable with all flooring and taught us a lot that we didn't know. I took many samples back and forth because I couldn't make up my mind and she was very patient with me.Additionally, she kept me updated on my shipment and was very helpful during every step of the way.

They are amazing. The the selection and service at the Knolwood location was great. We picked the Cali VLP for our floors and it turned out stunning. I was amazed by the floor technicians that did our stairs and their attention to detail!

The carpet (already installed) we originally chose was defected. When we discovered it and brought it to their attention, they were able to work with the manufacture to replace it at no cost to us in a very reasonable amount of time.

Shelia did a fantastic job of helping me find the perfect carpet and making the process simple and easy. I went in not knowing anything about carpet and was nervous about the entire process. She not only educated me on the differences and what to look for in a carpet, but helped make sure i got the right carpet for my family and that looked amazing. I would highly recommend going to this location over any of the other places you might think to go to for carpet. You will not regret it!

My husband and I had a great time shopping for carpet for our steps at Carpet King in Coon Rapids! Sheila helped us out. She was extremely knowledgeable about all types of flooring and was able to help us pick out a high quality wool carpet. We were going to have a friend install it, but the price for Carpet King to install couldn’t be beat so we went with Carpet King for everything. Sheila was amazing in trying to save us money and steer us in the right direction from start to finish! The installer was great and did an awesome job in such a professional manner. We even got a call the next day from Sheila making sure we were happy with everything! Top notch customer service, good quality products at an affordable price is what you’ll find when you shop at Carpet King for your flooring needs!

Jessica was a great help when finding carpet and very patient, as it took us many months before buying, waiting for the perfect sale. She called periodically letting us know of the sales they had going on. She even remembered us and the carpet we were looking at after not seeing us for 4 months. After we purchased the carpet she went out of her way to call and give me a rebate they had going on. Excellent customer service!! And I love our new carpet. I will definitely be going back!

Horrible Customer Service, the floor was measured incorrectly. They ordered stair treads which I did not. I am still waiting for a response 2 weeks later.

Very disappointed with the oak wood flooring we had installed by carpet king. the wood floor it’s self was a beautiful product that ended up being installed wrong. Even with clear instructions on how we wanted our floor to look the floor installer was confused and started asking us questions but we don’t install wood floors so I was hoping for someone with experience. Needless to say our wood floor was installed with cracks, chips, nail holes and trim split with a large gap meeting our other wood floor. On top of it he made a huge mess outside our front door leaving wood chips and saw dust everywhere! Now we are waiting for someone to come out and fix it or either tear it out and start over. Our very first home project nightmare. Carpet king uses contract wood floor installers I’m told. Lesson learned to do my research next time.

Great sales person. Worked with me when carpet was ready to install but my remodel ran behind. Matched lowest price I found for carpet I wanted. Only one minor problem: installers covered a vent. But when I called rep, installer called me back within minutes and job was completed promptly.
