They went above and beyond to get me a carpet I found elsewhere at a great price, and the installers were top notch, thorough and professional. Would highly recommend.

I can’t begin to thank the sales staff and installers enough for the beautiful work they did and the gorgeous new carpet installed in my new home! The sales staff was tremendous in getting my carpet deliver expedited, and the installers were very professional and accommodating my space/time as I work from home. I STRONGLY recommend Carpet King as my entire experience was exemplary.....and with new construction that was a most welcome change!! Thank you again for ensuring my carpets in my “country” home in Cannon Falls, MN is nothing short of STELLAR!!!

My experience was great working with Toni at the Roseville store! She made sure everything was taken care of for me! I will definitely go back to her in the future!! She sent the best team of artisans to put the wood floor in! Ask for Pavel’s team! They all did excellent work and went the extra mile: they had to take my accordion-style closet doors off to put in the floor. When they put them back on, they slide better than they ever did!!! I even suspect someone adjusted my hanging blinds! They REALLY care about the quality of their work!! Thank you all!

The entire process was highly satisfactory. From the knowledgeable and friendly sales associate to the incredible installer. Floors were installed in 6 hours and that included carpet removal, subfloor leveling and installation. The installer, David, was professional and did a high quality work. Will definitely be going back.

Toni at the Roseville location is amazing! We needed somethng affordable and in a hurry - she was very resourceful and helpful in keeping the cost down. Her follow up is awesome - and she oversaw the install and called to be sure I was happy. I will count on her in the future!

The actual install of my garage floor coating was excellent. The installers were very nice guys. The only frustration was the installation was delayed by 2 days due to an installer being sick.

Worst experience of our life! The Carpet was promised to us on Thursday and when it came down to it, they could get any installers until Friday. Install was supposed to be at 10:30 on Friday:however, they only sent 1 installer and a helper and they didn’t arrive until 1:30 on a Friday for a 7-8 hour install job! Can’t believe they sent 1 installer and a helper! Worst company and worse experience! Made our move to our new townhome a colossal nightmare! Because they delayed us a day, the moving company had to put all our furniture in the kitchen! Extremely unprofessional! Last place I would ever order carpet or flooring from!!!

Our carpet was ruined by a local carpet cleaner. We reached out to Carpet King since they had replaced the carpet for us when we first bought the home. Karsten was a pleasure to work with and he got our carpet replaced extremely fast. Never had any issues and everything went great both times I used them to carpet my home.

Wonderful. Toni at the Roseville store has been fabulous. They helped me with obtaining Coretec flooring and now with MSI quartz countertops. Yep they do countertops too. Always willing to match any prices that competitors offered without any hesitation. I’ll be back for more flooring in the near future.

We love our CoreTech floor especially after water got into our basement. After wiping & drying the planks, we could reuse the material! It was not damaged & the tech from flooring Expo was able to re-lay it for a nominal cost! We are return customers!!

My salesperson, Sue, has been most helpful over the years that I've used her for flooring my home and my rental properties. She is knowledgeable and makes sure that I have the best product for the best price. She also makes sure that everything is done in a timely and efficient manner. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I partnered with the Flooring Expo Team to install new carpeting and wood floors in our new home. They surpassed our expectations in every area: 1. They listened to our objectives and helped us select the perfect flooring options. 2. Their pricing package was extremely competitive. 3. The process moved quickly and they communicated efficiently and effectively before we started the installation. 4. The Flooring Expo Installation Crews were AMAZING !! Outstanding craftsmanship, they took time to answer questions, they seemed extremely committed to ensuring we were happy with process and they did a great job cleaning up prior to leaving the job. In summary, we feel very fortunate that we made the decision to partner with Flooring Expo and we will be recommending them to all of friends and family when they're looking for flooring options.

I just had vinyl plank flooring installed in my home. The sales staff was very helpful and attentive to my concerns. I was in a bit of a time crunch to have this done, and they worked with me. Don in the office, the estimator, and the installers were wonderful to work with. David accommodated me by getting Steve to come so the work could be done in one day instead of two. They were both very pleasant, conscientious and capable. They did an AWESOME job, and completed the install in one day! I could not be more pleased and would highly recommend Flooring Expo in Woodbury for your flooring needs!

Flooring installed by Flooring Expo finally completed after a 5-week nightmare. This company made NOTHING easy. Now my husband and I must clean downstairs before moving our furniture and things back. Dust and dirt from the process is everywhere. We were "promised" it would be left in move-in ready condition. Just icing on the cake. Warning: SPEND your money elsewhere.

Very competitively priced kitchen flooring. Excellent installation of luxury vinyl plank done by Scott. Couldn't be happier. Our carpet was seamlessly installed today. The installer was hard working polite on time. Alfredo did a professional install and worked non stop .

Terry has helped us purchase almost all new flooring for our home. We've order twice in the last 6 months and both experiences were very good. The last job they did was a wood floor. The installers were excellent. So detailed. It's perfect.

From start to finish the service was excellent. William at the Ridgedale store helped me find just what was looking for. The person came to measure on time and when he said he would. Justin did an excellent job of laying the carpet and was very conscious about taking off shoes. Every thing was done in a timely manner and very friendly and professional. Highly recommend and will be going back for my next project this spring

Our family has done 4 project with Flooring Expo over the past 5 years. We’ve had fun selecting carpet, wood flooring and luxury vinyl from their Woodbury store and we felt they had a great selection of everything. Each project was financed through them which made it easy to afford. Every question was answered and every phone call returned immediately and the morning of the installation, our installers came on time. Fun to watch the process, we felt so comfortable as the work progressed. The installers cleaned up after the jobs were completed and left us with brand new and beautiful flooring. Each time we worked with Terry, the manager, and he always went beyond his duties to either come out to see our project, deliver the product or answer follow up questions.Everyone involved was though, competent, pleasant and helpful. I’d recommend this business to anyone considering a remodel.
