Sales, selection, price, product, initial installation were all good. But as so often happens, they were short a few trim pieces. Promised to order them and call me when they had them--10 days tops. Fine. I waited 2 weeks, hadn't heard, so I called. Told me pieces just arrived, they would have service call to set up a date. Heard nothing. Made repeated calls. Finally, service promised to arrive afternoon of Thursday. No-show, no call to explain. Half a dozen more calls, another missed date, before they FINALLY finished the job. Took all of 30 minutes to finish. It's fine now, but wow, what a pain. ADVICE: Hold back at least 20%, better yet, half the payment, until everything is done.
