I received a text that installers were on their way to the house I text back not today they proceeded with installation. I went into the Eagan store and spoke with John he made excuses and said he would have the installer call me. No one has called me to this date

Our family has done 4 project with Flooring Expo over the past 5 years. We’ve had fun selecting carpet, wood flooring and luxury vinyl from their Woodbury store and we felt they had a great selection of everything. Each project was financed through them which made it easy to afford. Every question was answered and every phone call returned immediately and the morning of the installation, our installers came on time. Fun to watch the process, we felt so comfortable as the work progressed. The installers cleaned up after the jobs were completed and left us with brand new and beautiful flooring. Each time we worked with Terry, the manager, and he always went beyond his duties to either come out to see our project, deliver the product or answer follow up questions. Everyone involved was though, competent, pleasant and helpful. I’d recommend this business to anyone considering a remodel.

Love this company. I plan to use them again in the summer to replace the carpet in the lower level of my home.

The installers arrived within the time frame scheduled. They made sure it was the correct carpet before installing. We had a family room and two bedrooms done and it looks beautiful. They beat all prices. Definitely would have them do the carpet for the other rooms in our house.

Horrible experience, never again don’t use them ever!

I just had vinyl plank flooring installed in my home. The sales staff was very helpful and attentive to my concerns. I was in a bit of a time crunch to have this done, and they worked with me. Don in the office, the estimator, and the installers were wonderful to work with. David accommodated me by getting Steve to come so the work could be done in one day instead of two. They were both very pleasant, conscientious and capable. They did an AWESOME job, and completed the install in one day! I could not be more pleased and would highly recommend Flooring Expo in Woodbury for your flooring needs!

We purshased and had made a cash down a payment for the carpet. When we went to the store to sign the agreement the supervisor was there. How rude and unprofessional was she. When she bought up the furniture part of us having to move the furniture. We explained we didn’t know. She immediately was out raged and yelled at us and said well who’s gonna move it we are not!! She then threw her chair back and again yelled at us and said well I was gonna give it to you’s for free. But now I’m not. Well we were not looking for a hand out. And had not asked for one either. We are paying cash. And work hard for our money to throw it away. I don’t know what she was thinking or if she was prejudice. She was sooo UNPROFESSIONAL AND GHETTO SHE WAS THE SUPERVISOR. We said to her NO SWEETIE THAT WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE! We could not believe how rude she was. The part that blew us away was she suppose to be a supervisor. Therefore we asked to cancel the order. And refund our money. This is the Coonrapids Anoka store. And we will take our business elsewhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone. However the sales rep Jessica was very polite to us and professional. Her supervisor should not be a supervisor and needs to take herself to anger management. She just lost a customer. WORST experience EVER! Do not buy from Carpet King

I had carpet installed winter 2018. Within month it was showing wear in high traffic areas. Immediately following installation carpet began pulling out. I find pieces of carpet all over the house. At first I thought they were just left over from Instalation. It’s been about 7 months now and the stray fibers continue to show up. It’s obviously not from Instalation. They sent an inspector out to review. His report basically says normal wear and tear. Two people live in the house with very little guests. The carpet should not be falling apart at 6 months. They refused to help now I fear I will need to replace the carpet at my expense.

Flooring installed by Flooring Expo finally completed after a 5-week nightmare. This company made NOTHING easy. Now my husband and I must clean downstairs before moving our furniture and things back. Dust and dirt from the process is everywhere. We were "promised" it would be left in move-in ready condition. Just icing on the cake. Warning: SPEND your money elsewhere.

Very competitively priced kitchen flooring. Excellent installation of luxury vinyl plank done by Scott. Couldn't be happier. Our carpet was seamlessly installed today. The installer was hard working polite on time. Alfredo did a professional install and worked non stop .

Don was informative professional and courteous so pleasure to do business with.

Terry has helped us purchase almost all new flooring for our home. We've order twice in the last 6 months and both experiences were very good. The last job they did was a wood floor. The installers were excellent. So detailed. It's perfect.

This is my second purchase of carpet. The first was my basement the staff was helpful and the installation was the best. The delivery was on time and flawless. And it looks great. Just bought carpet for the upstairs great pricing. Was less expensive then competitor. Highly recommend flooring expo.

Sales, selection, price, product, initial installation were all good. But as so often happens, they were short a few trim pieces. Promised to order them and call me when they had them--10 days tops. Fine. I waited 2 weeks, hadn't heard, so I called. Told me pieces just arrived, they would have service call to set up a date. Heard nothing. Made repeated calls. Finally, service promised to arrive afternoon of Thursday. No-show, no call to explain. Half a dozen more calls, another missed date, before they FINALLY finished the job. Took all of 30 minutes to finish. It's fine now, but wow, what a pain. ADVICE: Hold back at least 20%, better yet, half the payment, until everything is done.

The worker told us that they would need to order a new piece, which would take a few days, and once it came in they would install the new piece. So after a week my husband called to check on the status of the order. He was told by a worker that the order was closed because they thought that everything was installed already. We were promised that the order was going to be reopened and that someone from the warehouse would give us a call when the part was ordered, arrived, and ready to be repaired. Another week went by and nothing happened. A week went by and my husband called again, and was apologized to and told that they didn't know anything about the situation but they would reorder the part again. He called the office again and was told that everything was supposed to be ready Tuesday 1/09/18, my I went to the office in person to make sure that everything has been ordered. They assured me they have the part and someone will come in tomorrow 1/11/18 to install the part. I am very angry and disappointment that it took 3 separate calls and for me going to the business in person to get some sort of answers and accountability from the company. This is terrible and untrustworthy customer service. I shouldn't have to wait over a month to finally get something fixed that I originally paid for.

Beautiful floor, I installed myself and got lots of support and years of know how from Terry. Both Terry and Don were great to work with. We'll visit again when we need carpet!

This was the worst experience I've ever had buying flooring. We ordered our laminate flooring back in October 2016. We worked with Matt. We were told the flooring would take 1-2 weeks to arrive but probably closer to 2. We agreed and purchased the floor. Well the flooring ended up taking not 2 weeks to arrive but 3 MONTHS! However our floor is still not installed. In top of the 3 month wait for floor, we have been dealing with another month of excuses for why we can't get our floor installed. it is now the end of January 2017 and we STILL don't have our floor. We keep getting the run around and not ONCE has anyone offered a solution or anything for that matter to make this experience right. I will never use these people again. Terrible service, terrible wait. Yesterday we asked Matt to just give us the floor and we will find someone else to install it OR to give us our money back. Instead of agreeing and apologizing for such an inconvenience. He told us he is going to have to talk to someone first so he doesn't "burn any bridges with them." Well you've burned this bridge. Worst experience ever. Will not recommend to anyone.

I shopped around quite a bit when I was looking for laminate flooring for my living room last year. I checked all the big box stores and then checked in with they guys at Flooring Expo. Matt helped me out with some great information to get me set up to get everything I needed to do the self install AND got me a great price on a high quality laminate. I have had my flooring installed for about a year and I still love it. What's even better is it still looks great. I went back to see Matt again for kitchen flooring this week and once I make up my mind I will be buying from him again. The staff here is friendly and helpful. Flooring Expo is where I go now for all my flooring needs! I can't wait to see the great prices when its time for bedroom carpet! You can't beat the prices here for the quality of flooring you get for your dollar. If you are in the market for flooring give these guys a call or swing in and check them out!

I tried Flooring Expo to track down a hardwood floor I had seen elsewhere and was pleasantly surprised that Matt was able to not only find and acquire the floor, but do so at a better price than the Big Box I had seen it at. Because of my luck the first time, I went back to compare price and quality on carpet for my upstairs, only to find that the price on carpet was even more competitive than on the hardwood. I have since began using Flooring Expo as my supplier to all of my customers. They have never missed a measure and have always delivered quality material, service, and very competitive prices.Thousands and thousands of square feet and not a single complaint!!!
